Lots of people are fans of Ella Langley, whose sophomore album, Dandelion was just released, and its singles have already entrenched themselves at the top of the charts. One of those fans is musician/actor Kevin Bacon.
Bacon recently shared a video of himself playing Langley’s “Be Her” on an acoustic guitar, while wife and actress Kyra Sedgwick dancing along. It’s a casual, laid-back cover coming from one fan expressing his appreciation of the song. How did Langley respond? She simply posted “This is it” followed by a heart emoji.
With another single, “Choosin’ Texas,” Langley became the first female artist to reach number one on the Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts all at once. She will celebrate all these accomplishments with a tour of the US this summer, where she will be playing football stadiums.
