Cherry Glazerr

Cherry Glazerr (aka Clementine Creevy) has openly spoken about her love of New Hope, Pennsylvania’s Ween. Promoting her last album in 2023, she mentioned in interviews that the band’s “Tried and True” (off their 2003 album Quebec) was her favorite song at the moment. “That’s a song that I’ve been coming back to recently,” she said at the time, “and remembering that I loved Ween in middle school.”

Now, Glazerr has continued to show her admiration, with a new video featuring her cover of Ween’s “Baby Bitch.” Her version, much like Ween’s just features vocals and a guitar and her cover hews pretty closely to the original. However, Creevy almost whispers the lyrics, which makes the song all the more intimate.

“Baby Bitch” first appeared on Ween’s 1993 major-label debut album Chocolate and Cheese. The song is reportedly about an ex-girlfriend of Gene Ween.
