Mt. Joy Recreates “Tusk” with Live Marching Bands

The five-piece American rock group Mt. Joy expanded their ranks with several marching bands for their cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Tusk.” They partnered with the Carroll and Kuemper Catholic marching bands during the Nick Nurse Foundation’s Golf & Music Festival on Aug. 7, 2025, to recreate Fleetwood Mac’s 1979 music video, which featured marching band instrumentals.

The official Fleetwood Mac music video shows clips of a marching band on the football field. In the hands of Mt. Joy and two marching bands, the tune becomes bombastic, with that stringy line being transformed into a blaringly catchy brass riff.
