“A Good Man is Hard to Find” by Tom Waits. First encountered Waits at age sixteen in Iowa when a friend loaned me a copy of Blood Money. I had no idea what I was in for. Woke up a little blue today. We’ve got a long road ahead. But this video made me feel a little better. This performance by the Hiss Golden Family Band was part of a Prine tribute last night put together by @livefromoutthere but my daughter’s tambourine playing was too good not to share. Apparently this tribute re-airs on @nugsnet tonight and there’s also a good 420 show over at @luckreunion if you ever wanted to hear me sing a Townes Van Zandt song. ⚡️❤️⚡️
