I know what you’re thinking. “A Bluegrass band playing heavy metal tunes. Hasn’t that already been done a few times?”
Well, as my uncle Cleavon says, “Y’all ain’t heard nothin’ yet.”
Meet Steve ‘n’ Seagulls, a five-piece band from Finland. (Whenever I think of hillbilly music, I automatically think of Finland.) They have received millions of hits on their YouTube page for their amazing hillbillified covers of AC/DC, Dio and Iron Maiden. Now they take on Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy” in a video that can only be described as something straight out of my family reunion. (No, seriously.)
