Gnarls Barkley‘s “Crazy” was an inescapable song in 2006 in both its original form and cover renditions. Everyone from The Raconteurs to Nelly Furtado have put their own spin on the highly infectious tune. Although eight years old (yes, you read that correctly), the song still has that freshness to it, and YouTube star Daniela Andrade captures it perfectly with her take on the debut single from Danger Mouse and CeeLo Green.

Andrade, 21, is no stranger to the YouTube cover game. The singer has covered numerous other tunes, putting up over 160 videos since starting her YouTube account back in 2008. Her covers have become more and more polished, and this take on “Crazy” is no exception. With mirrored video, whispered vocals, and an understated jazzy feel, Andrade’s rendition will remind you why you loved the original so much in the first place.
