Twin Shadow Introduces New Cover Series with 10cc’s “I’m Not In Love”

George Lewis Jr., better known by his dark pop moniker Twin Shadow, has embarked on a monthly cover series entitled “Under the CVRS.” Through Facebook and Twitter, the band will be taking suggestions of which songs to tackle. The inaugural tune for this series is 10cc’s gauzy pop single “I’m Not In Love.”

Twin Shadow’s acoustic take fits the hauntingly sparse original, and the bizarre slo-mo interlude of a man jumping on a bed is somewhat jarring but still fitting. Watch the cover below and let Lewis know what you want to hear next by tweeting at him.
