Kitty (Pryde) Surprises with Sky Ferreira’s “Everything is Embarrassing”

When Kitty Pryde (now known simply as “Kitty”) burst onto the scene a few years ago, she came out full force rapping. After some time under the radar, instead of exploding back into the blogosphere, she has taken on a soft ode to Sky Ferreira with “Everything is Embarrassing.”

There isn’t any surprise rap verse or anything that strays too far from the Dev Hynes-produced original in this cover. With a simple slap bass and sometimes shaky but sincere vocals, this rapper does a pretty good cover of one of last year’s blog favorites.
