Covering Frank Ocean is a bold move, as his songs are often as complex as his crooning vocals. New York Indie Rockers Clap Your Hands Say Yeah took on Ocean’s often covered “Lost” while in Philadelphia and the result is interesting.
While the cover may not be everyone’s cup of tea, lead singer Alec Ounsworth performs a bare and harrowing piano rendition of the song that puts a whole new pain into it. Their latest EP, Little Moments, is now available via Bandcamp.
