The Afghan Whigs, one of the most critically acclaimed bands of the ‘90s, who have since reunited after their 2001 split, and are currently on tour, have released a cover of Frank Ocean’s “Lovercrimes.”
If you aren’t familiar with the original song, know it’s not nearly as bleak, and has more of a club feel to it, but that sort of twisted darkness is standard for the Afghan Whigs. Listen below.
