Daft Punk’s long-awaited Tron: Legacy soundtrack album drops stateside today. Though the reviews have been middling – general consensus: too much soundtrack, not enough Daft Punk – we celebrate their return anyway by bringing you a fantastic world-music medley of “Around the World” and “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.”
The last Daft Punk cover we featured was Son of Dave’s roaring blues “Harder, Better.” Túcan’s fusion instrumental goes down a lot smoother in a fresh classical-guitar arrangement. Hints of flamenco and samba infuse every plucked string. Watch it and be awed below.
