Every time Jimmy Fallon brings a left-field cover to Late Night (which happens plenty), we’re impressed. This time, though…wow. It’s Bon Iver performing Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me,” which he releases as the b-side to his “Calgary” single next month.

Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon blends in chunks of Raitt’s “Nick of Time” and Leon Russell’s “A Song for You” as well. This has to be the best Fallon cover since “Whip My Hair.” Watch the video below. Non-US residents can watch it here.
