Cover Me is in no way stranger to the plethora of Lana Del Rey covers that have spawned throughout the years – indeed, the American singer-songwriter hasn’t failed in attracting several artists to take on her songs, ranging from the likes of performers such as Miley Cyrus and John Mayer to bands such as Bombay Bicycle Club and Kasabian.

The latest edition in interpreting Del Rey comes courtesy of the Los Angeles based collective YNGCULT, who offer an enchanting twist to the original angst-ridden pop ballad. The duo opt for a more upbeat tempo, making use of bouncing synths and pounding bass in lieu of the original sultry guitar riffs, ultimately producing a mesmerizingly chill and synth-laden take on “West Coast.”
