Self-proclaimed dabblers in “psychedelic boogie,” the Liverpool natives known collectively as All We Are proudly share their take on Canadian composer Caribou’s “Can’t Do Without You.”

With this cover, the English trio subtly shifts Snaith’s dream-pop jam into a slightly funkier direction that draws parallels to the likes of Passion Pit, Brothertiger, and maybe a hint of the xx.  A perhaps more aptly placed comparison comes directly from the band itself, who’ve been to known to describe their music as “the Bee Gees on diazepam.”

Regardless of how you decide to define them, once thing’s clear: with their dreamy harmonies and feel-good vibes, All We Are is a band we can certainly expect to hear more from in the near future.

All We Are is currently in the process of finishing up their eponymous debut album, which is set for release some time early 2015.
