A musical group that has been described as a sort of “warm and fuzzy” emo band may not immediately sound like the type of group to cover a Robyn song. Chicago-based Kittyhawk, however, has not only managed to cover Robyn’s highly danceable hit, but has done so in an adorable and charming manner for Space Jam Sessions.

“We were on our last tour with Free Throw, our buddy put the song on at least twice a day, and by the time we made it to Connecticut for our show with Tyler Daniel Bean, we had decided that it would be super fun to cover. AND IT WAS,” said guitarist/vocalist Mark Jaeschke. And it is. The cover is fun, adorably intimate, and will put a spring in your step for the rest of the day.

The cover is also being included on The Big Comp II from Property of Zack and 1BlueString. All of the proceeds go to charity, so once you fall in love with this adorable cover, be sure to grab the compilation album.
