Despite being 11 years old, Beyonce‘s anthem “Crazy in Love,” still remains an infectious summer staple. Canadian multi-instrumentalist Charlotte Oleena, better known by her stage name Sea Oleena, takes the ear worm of a summer hit and turns it into something much more delicate and introspective.
This gem of a cover shies away from the booming horns and Jay-Z feature that helped make the original so popular. Instead, Oleena turns it into an almost mournful ballad, focusing on the obsession and confusion that can sometimes come with such a strong love for someone. If you are looking for a chill summer jam, this is it.
