It’s not every day that a musician who is barely 20 gets permission from Thom Yorke to include a cover of Radiohead‘s “Karma Police” on an EP. The Santa Cruz native, who flew to London just to record bits of this cover, recently released a bizarre video for his take on the 90s alternative classic.

Tree, who was born Oliver Tree Nickel, created this video with just the help of one other person and pieced it together with this cover over the course of two years. There are some moments of crazy eyes in it – a stark contrast to Thom Yorke’s gaze – but it fits with the song. Check out the video below.
