The sprawling Beat L.A. covers album dropped last month and now there’s a video to promote it. It soundtracks Slang Chicken’s cover of Christian Death’s “Romeo’s Distress” and features Kenny Woods wandering the Valley in his biker gear.

Like the music itself, it’s lo-fi and has a deteriorated vintage aesthetic that gives it a certain appeal even if it’s basically a Lemmy look-alike wandering Los Angeles and – naturally – spraying beer everywhere. It’s interspersed with interview clips of Woods, conducted by his wife, former Daily Show correspondent Stacey Grenrock Woods. Check it out below. (viz Buzz Bands)
