It’s that time again when everyone’s putting the final touches on their Christmas lists, but all of our favorite musicians are always a step ahead at this time of year. There has been no shortage of Christmas covers appearing all over the internet in the last few weeks, and they will surely continue for a couple weeks more. This early Christmas gift comes in the form of a digital 7” put out by alternative-rock band The Dandy Warhols.

The Warhols have put their Digital 7” online in a unique way. They have made it available for fans to easily send to friends by simply entering their emails online, and then receiving a free download, which includes the classics “Silent Night” and “Little Drummer Boy.” The brand new rendition of “Silent Night” gives the classic a strangely haunting but peaceful twist, and their previously-released “Little Drummer Boy” cover is refreshingly upbeat. It’s no doubt an awesome Christmas gift for a friend or family member that is a fan of the Warhols. Download the new “Silent Night” below, then snag the full 7” here (and send it to a friend). Happy Holidays from The Dandy Warhols!
