A few days ago we showed you Warpaint’s video for their David Bowie cover “Ashes to Ashes.” Those time-lapse shots of the Arizona desert are stunning indeed. But what if fast-moving clouds aren’t your thing? What if you’re more of a languid-horse-video kind of person? Well, you’re in luck! A second video from the We Were So Turned On Bowie cover collection just came out and it’s equine-tastic.

What starts as a lot of slo-mo horse close-ups gets more complicated when the camera switches to a drifter falling down. Why is he falling? A surprising—and upsetting—ending! The whole thing seems headed nowhere until the last shot coldly brings everything together. Meanwhile, Xu Xu Fang’s “China Girl” grooves along slowly and, in context, menacingly.
